Satomi Studio's Black Diamond Thorn Necklace is hand carved in wax then cast in recycled brass and encrusted with twenty black diamonds. The 35" chain makes for a chic, stand alone piece or a great anchor for layering. 3" pendant set on oxidized sterling silver chain.
Inspired Design: Kristina Kada's environmentally conscious jewelry is inspired by both nature and science. Handcrafted in Santa Cruz, CA, Kristina's contemporary designs start as a pencil sketch and are then translated into metal by using classic fabrication techniques like soldering, piercing, forging and wax carving, melding freehand elements with her original castings. Reclaimed metal and responsibly mined gemstones are used whenever possible.
